Know all men by these presents that I Nancy S. CHASTEEN in the State and District aforesaid in sonsideration of the Sum of Five hundred and Seventy five dollars to me paid by John A. MARTIN of said State and District have granted bargained Sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said John A. MARTIN all that tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the State and District aforesaid on Snow Creek waters of Con_____ Creek containing Sixty Six Acres more or less.

Beginning at a Stake corner the North Side of the Creek running to a Post oak corner thence to a Red oak corner thence crossing the creek Running a South course to a post oak corner made ___ on John A. MOORE line thence to a Northeast corner to a Stake corner West by the Cabbin thence with Said line thence to Eastward to a Spanish oak corner thence Running to the beginning State corner. Together with all and Singular the Rights members Hereditaments and appurtenances to the Said premises belonging or in anywise Incident or appertaining to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the Said John A. MARTIN his heirs and assigns forever and do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and Singular the Said premises unto the said John A. MARTIN his heirs and assigns against myself my heirs and against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the Land or any part thereof. Witness my hand and seal this Fifth day of Feby in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two and in the seventy fifth year of the Independence of the United States of America
